Among the most powerful of these rebels is a group calling themselves the "Moldenian Movement of the Red Star" led by communist revolutionary, Gregori "Akula" Suvorov. After many months of civil war, the MMRS has failed to overthrow the current government and establish the Socialist Republic of Moldenia. The Moldenian government has asked the international community for assistance in defeating the rebels, and the United States has responded by sending a U.S. Navy Expeditionary Strike Group off the coast, hoping that a presence of an Amphibious Ready Group with hundreds of U.S. Marines stationed on board will calm any tensions in the area.</span></span><br /><br /><span style="font-family:Arial;color:rgb(0,0,0);background-color:transparent;font-weight:400;font-style:italic;font-variant:normal;text-decoration:none;vertical-align:baseline;"><strong>FACTIONS</strong></span><br /><br /><a class="ipsAttachLink ipsAttachLink_image" data-fileid="526" href="//d30bjcnezv1420.cloudfront.net/monthly_2016_11/Flag_of_the_United_States_Marine_Corps.svg.png.67cf0230df83aa8c45defdbadc949681.png" rel=""><img alt="Flag_of_the_United_States_Marine_Corps.svg.png" class="ipsImage ipsImage_thumbnailed" data-fileid="526" height="142" src="//d30bjcnezv1420.cloudfront.net/monthly_2016_11/Flag_of_the_United_States_Marine_Corps.svg.thumb.png.b6a8e5c2ab827c913fd8aab5dbfe5626.png" width="235" /></a><br /><span style="font-size:13.333333333333332px;font-family:Arial;color:#4a86e8;background-color:transparent;font-weight:700;font-style:normal;font-variant:normal;text-decoration:none;vertical-align:baseline;"><strong>Moldenian Defence Force / USMC - BluFor</strong></span><br /><span style="font-size:14px;"><span style="font-family:Arial;color:rgb(74,134,232);background-color:transparent;font-weight:400;font-style:italic;font-variant:normal;text-decoration:none;vertical-align:baseline;">USMC deployment consists of 27th Marine Expeditionary Unit (Special Operations Capable), which is supposed to overturn the balance of the civil war in the favor of Moldenian government.
